2026 Cheerleading

Youth Sideline & Performance Cheer Age Range: 7–14 Years Old

The purpose of this program is to establish a youth cheerleading squad that emphasizes community spirit, athletic development, and mentorship.

By supporting the local football teams on the sidelines and performing at halftime, participants will build confidence and teamwork skills in a structured, safe, and high-energy environment.

To serve a broad range of developmental stages, the team will be organized into two divisions:

• Junior Division (Ages 7–10): Focuses on the fundamentals including basic motions, synchronized sideline cheers, and crowd engagement.

• Senior Division (Ages 11–14): Focuses on performance excellence, including specialized halftime shows to showcase athletic progression.

CAMPS Will start on July 7th 6 PM Hooker St Field and than ever Tuesday and Friday till Season practice starts in August

The Riverside Jr Rams will be offering Tackle football for the 2026 season.

Age (As of September 1st) Weight Limit = Tackle to Tackle Unlimited

4-6 65 lbs (or Flag Football)

7-8 90 lbs

9-10 105 lbs

11-12 120 lbs

13-14 unlimited
